SHIPPING AND RETURNS
SHIPPING
Please allow up to two days for orders to be processed and packed for delivery. Some of our items are freshly made to order to ensure you get the most from your items.
SHIPPING COST
The price of our shipping includes all packaging and cost of postage.
1st Class Delivery £4.75
2nd Class Delivery £3.75
There is an option to click and collect if you are local to us. Please email us if you would like more information on this service.
Free delivery is applied to all purchases that total over £25. This will be a second class delivery.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All faulty products are eligible for refund, so long as we are notified within 30 days of you receiving the item. If you have a product that is faulty please contact us and we will refund your payment or exchange the product. This is subject to a case by case basis. If you wish to return a faulty product we will also reimburse you the cost of postage within 7 days of us receiving the item.
If you wish to return an item for any reason, you can do so within 30 days of receiving the product. We must receive the item within 30 days of you notifying us of your intention to return them. We are not obliged to pay postage for this.
